KAOS Radio Austin

DONATIONS NEEDED: After the 2 benefit shows this summer, we raised about $200 to put towards promotion. I'm going to order KAOS lighters, which will be good since they tend to get passed around and people actually want to have them. We will have a KAOS booth at Heartbeats (see below) and need about $100 more by next week to order the lighters and get them in time for the event. HEARTBEATS BENEFIT: We will have a booth at the Heartbeats Benefit for HAAM on 9/5, a show featuring Os Ovni, Pataphysics, Sleepover, No Mas Bodas, Low Red Center, Plutonium Farmers, FM Campers, Computer Jesus Refrigerator, Baby Robots, How I Quit Crack and lots more. I can get 2 helpers into the show for free, but more are welcome. Contact me if you're interested. This would be a great opportunity to print out a flyer or make up some mix CDs and promote your own show. If you can't make it to the event but would like to do this, please contact me and we'll set something up.

Anyone that makes a donation to the cause of having lighters printed can definitely get some lighters from me to pass around to friends, they cost about .50 cents a piece, so if you donate 10 dollars I will give you 20 lighters. I was thinking of having them printed with "KAOS Radio Austin" or "kaosradioaustin.org" and then "It doesn't have to make sense." or "We play it, so you don't have to." > when you donate, please give me some input on what you think is best.
