This week we talk to Alice Bag (who, if you are unfamiliar with her, was part of the original LA punk scene and is in the classic punk documentary The Decline Of Western Civilization), discuss the Texas rally for Syria last weekend and the MoveOn bank protests, revisit the foreclosure case of Mr. Kinley, and end with snippets from the last AISD school board meeting, where they voted to pass a resolution opposing high stakes standardized testing and IDEA charter schools. We also discuss the story of Pussy Riot, the all-woman Russian punk band who were arrested for performing on the altar of a church, protesting the re-election of Putin. Two of them face up to seven years in prison for "hooliganism". And yes, there will be music!

A recording from an eviction hearing after a man missed ONE payment on his mortgage, tried to get a payment plan through his bank, and had his home foreclosed. Now he's being evicted.

We also discuss and hear recordings from the recent NYPD brutal crackdown on Occupy Wall Street along with the war on the homeless. Apparently being in dire medical distress is no excuse to help someone or even take off their handcuffs.
